ParticipantIf I was single and didn’t have kids, I would have never bought. Life too a turn, now I am not single and have kids. So I owe? Still not sure if that makes any sense.
Thanks for all your advice. I’ve been on this site now since 2003 when it first started. SD Realtor, you’re advice is always great. Thanks.
I’ll keep you posted on what happens. The way I look at it, I am typical guy just trying to get ahead. I knew the housing market was going to fold, but not this much. I also didn’t realize how big of an impact it would have on our overall economy and national stability.
