If I was single and didn’t have kids, I would have never bought. Life too a turn, now I am not single and have kids. So I owe? Still not sure if that makes any sense.

I’ll keep you posted on what happens. The way I look at it, I am typical guy just trying to get ahead. I knew the housing market was going to fold, but not this much. I also didn’t realize how big of an impact it would have on our overall economy and national stability.
