ParticipantIt’s very tough for buyers’ agents right now … and I’d guess it’s especially tough for the good/ethical ones. I’d recommend my own agent except she’s working hard enough already 🙂
If I had a particularly aggressive or unconventional strategy I’d consider hiring someone on an hourly fee arrangement. I’ve never tried it myself but who knows, it might work for you.

If I had a particularly aggressive or unconventional strategy I’d consider hiring someone on an hourly fee arrangement. I’ve never tried it myself but who knows, it might work for you.

sdr said/suggested in his post that it’s too competitive and people aren’t getting places.
I see places getting sold so some people are successful in buying.
