    Hope someone can help: I am renting and just checked foreclosureradar.com..I do not want to subscribe but noticed another house on the street I live that is also under preforeclosure. There are 2 houses currently showing. Can someone tell me the address’s on these. The street is El Mar Ave in Poway 92064. I ask because I know the owner is way upside down. I dont want to get a surprise one day to have to move without much notice. Any info appreciated.

    I don’t have any subscriptions but what I’ve had luck with at least in my area is going to Yahoo Real Esate and finding the foreclosures by street. They used to give the address, but I don’t think you’ll find it anymore, just a description. Take the info (sqaure feet, # of Br, Ba) to Zillow and find the same street and you may find it.

    In a tract it may be more difficult because more homes will be the same size. It may also be hard if there are several hundred homes on one street, but I’ve been able to find some doing this.

    The second is REO:
    Old Owner Name Lori J Thibeault
    Beds/Baths 5/3 Opening Bid $120,000
    Square Footage 2100 Sale Date 9/7/2006

    Don’t know what it really auctioned for, but it looks like it sold in September to HFC Mortgage Services

    If there are any in preforeclosure, they dont show yet in RealtyTrac.
