Priced right and it’ll go pending very quickly. I’ve seen plenty of properly priced houses, even in “ghetto” Mira Mesa, going pending in a few days. All the decently priced house right now that I know/care about have multiple offers in already. This is the spring bounce that we all should expect. The only question is, how long will it last.
