ParticipantNot bad pricing. Still needs to go lower though. Not sure if being on Xmas Card lane is a good thing or bad. I would hate to be a renter that has to put up with all that decoration and visitor traffic every year.

ParticipantPriced right and it’ll go pending very quickly. I’ve seen plenty of properly priced houses, even in “ghetto” Mira Mesa, going pending in a few days. All the decently priced house right now that I know/care about have multiple offers in already. This is the spring bounce that we all should expect. The only question is, how long will it last. Only time will tell.
