Last I spoke to Sue Herndon (the listing agent) she said that they had an offer into the lender and that the 2/4/08 trustee sale was delayed. Indeed the home is still in the name of the owners so the lender must still be processing the offer.

Last I spoke to Sue Herndon (the listing agent) she said that they had an offer into the lender and that the 2/4/08 trustee sale was delayed. Indeed the home is still in the name of the owners so the lender must still be processing the offer.
