I’ve been keeping track, and I’ve heard that the fire missed 4S Ranch. It burned a lot of north Rancho Bernardo, and that it didn’t quite get to the unconstructed houses west of 15.

As for anybody returning, no word yet.

What about Carmel Mountain Ranch?

I heard from KUSI news that Highland Ranch Road area is on fire. That’s kind of scary ‘cos Highland Ranch Road is right in the middle of Carmel Mountain Ranch with many houses in the neighborhood.

I hope it’s not as bad as they reported.
