I believe this house was listed as high as 1.7M

When I inquired about it in February they had a “standing” offer on the property at 1.2M.

Looks like the “standing” offer “walked” and desperation sat in as foreclosure loomed. Looks like another good deal in PL. Unlikely that it will sway would be sellers to drop prices as it was a shall we say “motivated” seller. Good deals are being struck. How good only time will tell.
