But 4S has an HOA and mello roos which by default makes it object of BG’s ire.
Now that you bring it up, 4S has nearly the HIGHEST MR in the county. Thank you for clarifying :=]
BG wants everyone to live her way.
But she doesn’t want people to build more housing on existing lots where the infrastructure is already available.
So what’s the choice? Build on virgin undeveloped land where there’s no infrastructure. The city and developers won’t pay for the infrastructure… so you have HOA and MR as a way to pass on the cost to homeowners.

June 13, 2011 at 2:12 PM #702960ArrayaParticipantBrian, as I said to you back in Feb.
All over the Arab world, as a precursor to, all over the world, the psychic locks that have held the populations in stasis have now been broken. We are standing before the walls of a metaphorical Jericho. The sound of magical trumpets fills the air but no one is directly aware of them.
The “system” is breaking down
More evidence;)
A revolutionary resonance is circling the globe

June 13, 2011 at 2:55 PM #702965briansd1GuestCognitiveDissonance, you haven’t addressed what you believe is a sustainable system.
You seem to be saying that humans should consciously live modestly and not use up so much resources. That sounds like austerity to me.
But in Greece and Spain, people are demonstrating against the very austerity that would to lead to a sustainable economic system. The people want more money, more prosperity, that is more stuff and junk to consume.
