what is the amount of incentive? If it’s still $20K, then the price has increased over the last few releases. How could this happen when people are aware of the declining sales in May?

June 22, 2007 at 8:54 PM #61534AnonymousGuestThe incentive is now $15K. So I guess prices have increased, uh? Could be because I’ve been visiting there like a hundred times. They must think there’s lots of traffic.
How were the prices in the previous release?

June 24, 2007 at 4:56 PM #61769buyorholdParticipantI went by the Pienza office this afternoon and found out that 5 out of 7 of the lots they released yesterday are SOLD??? How can that be? Sold in ONE day??? I thought the market is supposed to be slowing down? I am looking forward to falling prices! Who are these people buying?
It is also interesting that all the lots left for sale are the 2901 floor plans…
Lot 801 (Plan 2) – $786,990 (Sold)
Lot 802 (Plan 1) – $767,490
Lot 803 (Plan 3) – $799,990 (Sold)
Lot 839 (Plan 3) – $753,990 (Sold)
Lot 859 (Plan 1) – $718,990
Lot 838 (Plan 2) – $747,490 (Sold)
Lot 859 (Plan 3) – $752,990 (Sold)June 24, 2007 at 4:56 PM #61729buyorholdParticipantI went by the Pienza office this afternoon and found out that 5 out of 7 of the lots they released yesterday are SOLD??? I think people who are buying are those that have jobs and most likely have a current home to sell for a downpayment.
As for their plan 1, I think they need to price them under $700K if they want to seem them move. I think they haven’t dared to do that yet. Must be some kind of psychological threshold.
