I say 15% because its entirely possible and I think come spring, we should see another aggressive price cut to start another sales movement. I think a lot of people around these parts would agree its possible.

Maybecks are just over the weekend hit the low 600’s.
Kudos to William Lyon for being aggressive with the prices. Poo-poo to Parde.
