Thanks for the PDF – I had no idea that another golf course was in the plans and its public. Also looks like a middle school is supposed to go in next to the high school but one already exists for the 4s kids so I guess this will be for the Del Sur homes..
The golf course was a surprise for me too. Are they really so attractive (or profitable) that it’s better for the city to build yet another golf course instead of a few hundred houses?

I wish they would put one in. CMR and Double tree courses stink. I heard the double tree may go soon anyway to development. Santaluz looks great but its private. Id love to have a public course in my backyard.
