    I am interested in purchasing a condo at “Pacific Regent” in UTC on Noble Drive. It is a senior residence with a lot of amenities. HOA fees (>$2 k/month) seems a little high but service is outstanding. Does anybody know more about these condos? Any comments are appreciated.
