  Was just browsing sdlookup and saw this gem of a deal.
  
  2 bed, 1 bath. A whopping 680 square feet (I wouldn’t even know what to do with all that extra space).
  
  Selling for 549k-599k, clocking in at about $807 PPSF. Not to mention this beauty is in San Diego’s most beautiful neighborhood, North Park.
  
  How can someone be so out of touch with reality? Who would ever buy this house?

    I forgot to mention its also a “Fixer/tlc” and a “unique investor opportunity”. Maybe they are looking for that unique investor who is planning on losing hundreds of thousands of dollars.

  The funny thing is if you look at the current assessment, someone has been holding this thing for decades and is obviously trying to hit the big payday.

    2) they just woke up from a coma,
