And I love the NC Style BBQ of pulled pork in that vinergary sauce. My favorite is King’s BBQ in Petersburg, VA. And their pecan pie rocks!

December 8, 2010 at 7:18 PM #637323HobieParticipantRich: Can’t beat the $30 Brinkman Water Smoker. Charcoal, gives great flavor and just the right amount of moisture so as to never overcook. Just as the other infomercial says, “set it and forget it!”
Nice smoke ring and good duration on the water pan. A turkey takes 8hrs with 1 refill of water and a handful of extra briquettes. Ribs, etc, no refilling
I’ve got a stainless natural gasser that I’m spending way too much time trying to match what the cheapo Brinkman will deliver with no effort.
Side note: I forget who just moved to Sacramento. Check out Sandra Dees. Great BBQ, atmosphere, Cool owner, very near the Capital.
