Funny thing is that the Republican Congress and president that are going to get elected won’t owe it to merit. It will be a reaction against Obama just like he was a reaction against Bush.
It would only take a simple email from the voters to their candidates that reads “What do these names mean to you? Nouriel Roubini, Peter Schiff, Dean Baker, Robert Schiller ect…” to filter out most of the riff-raff.
Oh wait. The general public is not familiar with these names. Never mind.

Our governmental system was fundamentally damaged when the 16th amendment was ratified. Of course the damage wasn’t revealed until the Supreme court closed thier eyes to the 10th amendment in the 1960s. Repeal the 16th amendment and start enforcing the 10th and the country will right itself quickly. Until that day it really doesnt matter who the president is or who you vote for. K-street is calling the shots, all the rest is just whitewash.
