    We’re back to just teaching people to fish rather than feeding them.

    And while we’re at it maybe rather than giving people money, we can just hand out birth control pills and condoms 😉

    Sterilization (temporary until you reform) has been long been a favorite idea of mine. You address the nature vs nurture argument at the same time. But I would start with murderers and sex offenders.

    Personally I would tell Octo mom that she is on her own and if she can’t support the kids then give them up for adoption. I would adopt one of her kids before I ever gave her a dime.
