ParticipantAlong the same lines as Flu. Skip the bulky 3-1 stroller and just get the car seat part that locks into a cradle that stays in the car. They sell this lightweight stroller frames that the car seat/carrier sits on. Much easier, better and cheaper

Pair it with a Graco SnugRide (high safety rating, nice ergos) and you’re set. btw, get all this stuff on craigslist. We sold all of our stuff that way and a lot of it was like new (a Peg stroller, for example). It’s tempting with a first baby to get all new, but at least give used a look see.

ParticipantYes Snap-n-Go is the way to go. I’d consider used on this but not on the carrier that the baby lies in. babies do all sorts of nasty things and I wouldnt want my child exposed to that over a few dollars.
