If we did away with collective bargaining and established merit based pay, we would see this whole discussion vanish.
We don’t even need to privatize, we just need to dissolve public employee unions. I can not legally bribe/elect my boss.
Exception, bring on the vouchers! I will be damned if I send my kids to public school!
