I think in part people are just distracted or something. Happened last night… I was about to post a rant last night here. Here’s what it would have said.

Long story short, driver was driving brand new bimmer was doing 55 in a left lane blocking everyone for about 8 cars back. Couldn’t even stay in his/her own lane while yapping on the cell phone.
