LOL I’ve worked with tons of Indians in tech work. Made a few good Indian friends but many are rude and racist at least based on my experience. Very tribal mindset to boot and very nepotistic based on my experience over the years.

wow. just the same as American white people. Amazing.
May 25, 2016 at 10:52 AM #798043spdrunParticipantMost people of ANY race are small-minded and clannish.
May 25, 2016 at 11:00 AM #798045EscoguyParticipantI had 30 Indian employees direct reports in the Middle East. They ladies would give hell to a girl who wanted to divorce/leave an abusive husband. They would shun her and gossip about her incessantly.
I’ve worked in many countries on several continents but there was something particular about these women wanting to force another women to be completely submissive which was unique. Who knows, perhaps it was just that group.
I also recall a girl who married and afterwards commented “as it turns out, we have a lot in common”. Post arranged marriage.

May 25, 2016 at 11:46 AM #798047scaredyclassicParticipantThis documentary is about an Americanized guy tryING to submit to an arranged marriage. It is just beautiful…
May 25, 2016 at 12:19 PM #798050mixxalotParticipantYeah I got sick and tired of one past Indian boss who kept hounding me as to when I was getting married lol. They buy into the who arranged marriage deal.
May 25, 2016 at 12:20 PM #798051mixxalotParticipantTrue but Indians still behave racist, tribal and cliquish toward white americans. They keep to themselves and rarely date or marry outside their race.
May 25, 2016 at 12:40 PM #798052spdrunParticipantI have dated quite a few Indian women in the last few years. Less a question of unwillingness, more of perception. White guys won’t ask because they ass-u-me a lack of interest. Same with other races.

You can only be racist if your white. You can only be sexist if you are a white man.

E.g. White men are either not interested in black women or assume they will be rejected, so they don’t ask. And 9/10 times, the guy needs to ask first.
May 25, 2016 at 3:13 PM #798056mixxalotParticipantLol sad but true!
If I was Mexican or Black they would not call me racist for saying the same things.
With that said, I have nothing against other culture and even like ethnic foods and music. I’m just not crazy about racist discrimination whether it be from an Indian, Chinese or Mexican.
