Patientlywaiting, you may be onto something. I just watched a short interview with JTP, and thought the same. If he wasn’t put up to it, it seems likely that he was coached by McCain people in handling the media frenzy that would inevitably follow. His answers were definitely designed to cash in on the publicity and denigrate Obama.
