Wow…I can’t believe the popular opinion here…thought this board was much more conservative.
Absolutely baffled by the rampant support for Obama. His resume wouldn’t even qualify him for a Vice President position at my company, though it might get him past the dining room and straight to fries at McDonalds.
Edwards is the biggest pandering populist I’ve ever seen in a long time-I wouldn’t vote for Robin Hood either…Huckabee is conflicted-a consummate populist like Edwards, but with evangelical flair-can’t get past the nonsensical economics on that one-won’t unite the conservative base enough to go further unless he winds up against Hillary.
I don’t hate Hillary, but she brings way too much coat tail riding and baggage-I do believe the cry was sincere, but she remains unauthentic and contrived.
Romney had me for awhile, but I’m now convinced He has more heads than Medusa.
Guiliani is on the road to having more wives than Liz Taylor has husbands.
Ron Paul is oh so close, but he needs an ounce of pragmatism to go with his pounds of idealism.
For better, or for worse, that leaves McCain for me…I’m so fed up with politics, I think I’d vote for someone on either side of the isle that would simply shoot straight…worry about his temper, though.
