ot: got a room for my kid?

For various reasons my SDSU engineering student kid now finds himself needing a place to live. Got a room or know anyone looking for a charming tenant?

Does he need a kitchen? How about just a fridge and microwave? Does he want to pretty much be left alone or actively participate in a household, common areas , kitchen etc. Maybe doesn’t matter too much either way?

he is flexible…. polite, exceedingly well mannered, thoughtful, kind, and quiet. no drugs, alcohol or stuff like that…

buy him a condo. you can sell it for the same price or more after he graduates.

Looks like 350 to 700 is going rate for a room in a house. Higher near sdsu. Was hoping for a deal…

Not really wanting to buy. like him to come home during summer!

Have him go to CSUSM and we’ll rent him a room for $300/month if he’s willing to tutor in math and engineering for a couple of hours per week. 🙂
