The problem with your logic is that you fail to mention that the death of almost 3000 of our citizens on our home soil was enough of a reason for us to consider taking the fight to our enemies and for creating new measures to protect the American populace.
The problem with your logic is that we’ve now lost well over 3,000 of our citizens in a war with a nation that has absolutely nothing to do with the 3,000 citizens who we are supposedly avenging.
If you think about it that way, Bin Laden and the Saudis killed way more than the 3,000 on 9/11. Mission accomplished, indeed.

Carrie Prejean to Values Voter Summit: ‘God chose me’ with the gay-marriage questionTo the Values Voter crowd’s immense delight, she added: “As I saw my goals and aspirations flash by me, I knew God had a plan for me… God chose me for that moment. He knew I was strong enough to get through all the junk that I have been through.”
“Even though I didn’t win the crown that night,” said Prejean, tearing up, “I know the Lord has so much of a bigger crown in heaven for me.”

Brian: How do Prejean’s and Obama’s views on gay marriage differ?
BTW, according to CBS News: Obama invokes Jesus more often than Dubya did. Does this make him a religious nutjob?
