Yes the offer is for 350k. The suckers bought it in 2007 for 630k and is currently listed at 439k. There are current buyers looking for deals but for me to just sign an offer accepted or not just signing an offer is a HUGE deal for this bear.
It is FRIDAY! Check out the dang riff changes on this tune it’s awesome.PS.. the particle board comment about cabinets is spot on. Really I was thinkin of buyin doors, vanities, ac units. That’s about it as I can get cabinets/granite for nothing now installed. My best bud got granite installed for $1500 total.
Edit.. “Isn’t that personal greed what got us into this mess in the first place?”

Buying something that somebody is 'stealing' from the house that is being repossessed from them is akin to buying stereo equipment that some guy is selling out of the trunk of his car in the Walmart parking lot.
It says alot about our society when a) we have this kind of thing going on and b) people seem to think it's ok as long as they can profit from it.
Weren't there a couple of posts recently about people who were being paid to turn in their keys without doing any damage to the property? Now some of you are condoning the very behavior that these programs were trying to prevent because you can profit from it? Isn't that personal greed what got us into this mess in the first place?
Color me disgusted at both the people placing the ads and the people buying their shit.
Not that I would personally buy used appliances/cabinets/etc, but…
Is this really any different from say buying toys and electronics from someone that purchases on a credit card who can't afford to make payments on the card and in the process gives the middle finger to the credit card company?
What if the homeowner paid for new cabinets using his/her credit card and didn't pay off the bill? Is that any different?
The person(s) explicitly said "don't trash the place". Obviously, the person feels the cabinets/etc they purchased are theirs. I'm on the sideline of this one.

For me it is a bit grayer than that. Suppose the owner upgraded the cabinet out of his/her pocket with cash, does the owner have a right to sell that cabinet and try to recoup some of the loss? What about comparing this to selling stuff one purchased on credit card that is not repaid?
A few years back the Mrs. and I visited a craigslist furniture sale. The sellers were moving out of state had a lot of nice things for sale. Their kid had boxes and boxes of legos pieces that he was selling for pennies on the dollar. He remarked that he loves this because they do this every few years and he would net a huge chunk from the toys he sells. We could not figure out how they could do that unless they never expected to repay their credit card bills. It gave us an uneasy feeling but we ended up buying the furniture.
I certainly understand if meadandale’s disapproves, but I just don’t think it is black and white.
