You’ll have to zoom way in to reduce the foreclosures down to the 300 maximum that Realty Trac can show:) And don’t forget that Temecula is shadow inventory central so there are many, many more, than even that ugly picture RealtyTrac paints.
2263 pre-foreclosures and houses heading to auction in just that small area the map covers, is a bunch of households not paying any mortgage or rent. That equals cash for restaruants in the new mall. Throw preforclosures from surrounding areas like French Valley, Winchester, Hemet, San Jacinto, Sun City, etc., etc and you have an enourmous number of households with money to throw around and folks looking to get out of the house and drown their worries.
I checked it out. The Mall is nice but the class of people in Temecula has really changed. If you would have blindfolded me and taken me there I would have never guessed it was Temecula based on the folks and gang types I saw at the new mall. If you had told me I was in a not so nice area of Riverside or LA, I would have believed it. JMHO:)
