ParticipantThe Promenade looks great, unfortunately the hospital looks more like a fairly tale at this point.
BTW/OT: There will a Tea Party in Temecula on April 1 (11AM-1PM) at the Duck Pond (which is a really nice park if you have never been there…)

ParticipantHaven’t been there since it opened, but my wingman and I are planning on cheking out PF changs and the Yardhouse in an effort to figure out which will become the new cougar den, that outdoor citywalk style bars in stumbling range is all the talk in the divorcee circles. It’s a fairly long cab ride home for us southies but sounds worth it. I thought Iron wok would get killed when Changs opened since it is somewhat of a copy. I actually think you wont get a reprieve from the lines, about 20 houses a week are changing hands right now just in my zip, outpacing listing 2 to 1, half price mortgages does wonders for disposable income. 10% unemployment is offset by the other 90% paying half for their house.

What’s the latest on the hospital? Haven’t heard any news since December?
