“SDG&E does not expect these conditions to happen more than once or twice a year. About 60,000 customers are within the designated high-risk fire area but not everyone would be affected by a power outage at the same time. It’s anticipated that 10,000 customers or less would be impacted when an emergency power shut-off is activated.”
