After tossing and turning last night and talking about it some more w/husband this morning, we decided not to go for it. I’m bummed. I did love that huge back yard. The place has a lot of potential, but those possibilities will cost money and that is not factored in the price.

There are some nice homes a street over on commonwealth so thats added value and you can walk/ ride bike to south park epicenter – some good restaraunts and shops.
As others have mentioned, if you can expand on that lot then look at it long term for that purpose.
