ParticipantI loved those old “misery topics”, buyers overpaying and losing homes, the old videos down in Temecula showing endless For Sale signs, I even miss the Chamberlame bashing.

ParticipantMaybe DWCAP, but RE is boring compared to the high drama occurring around us daily. Besides RE is just one facet of what is going on and if you are only interested in the RE bubble at this point, piggington probably isn’t for you. Its grown, its morphed its explored new areas and brought new ideas to discussion. We’ve beaten much of the RE horse to death. Lets be on the lookout for the fundamental causes of whats happening, of which RE is a major symptom but hardly the cause.
