I loved those old “misery topics”, buyers overpaying and losing homes, the old videos down in Temecula showing endless For Sale signs, I even miss the Chamberlame bashing.

Lets be on the lookout for the fundamental causes of whats happening, of which RE is a major symptom but hardly the cause.
