GuestHey, I lived in Coeur de Alene from 2004-2006. I know exactly where the house is located. The home is within walking distance to downtown and the resort–where a lot of tourists hang out during the summer. We built a custom home within 3 miles away, and we listened to friends and investors to get out quickly if you want to move back to San Diego. We sold the home in Feb. 2006 (less than two weeks time) and moved back to San Diego. I really did not like the long and no sunshine for weeks on end in CdA. If you can take the long winters, you are golden up there. If you get it at $475,000. That would be a great deal!
BTW, what bank owns it?
