    This 6200 sf classic victorian on 4 lots (.5 acres) also has 2 apartments which get $1100 in additional rent. It sold in 2006 for 1.2M. Was listed for 1.3M recently before going back to the bank. Offered $475k today. That is $69 per sf. Thoughts?

    $69 sounds like a great price. I’m sure well below replacement cost.
