ParticipantThere is a difference between those who do not want insurance and those who cannot afford it. They are all counted as uninsured. It should be a choice. Under the proposed plan you pay a fine if you do not have insurance, except if you are an illegal. Affordability does not equal increased taxes and deficits for the few of us who pay taxes. Reform is in the eye of the beholder.
