Bump!
We are almost halfway through 2009, how are we doing?
Whose predictions seem on the right track?
How much have the prices declined in CV, 4S, RB, PQ so far ( in the ranges mentioned), e.g. May YOY?
I have a feeling that most predictions overestimated the price drops, but I may be wrong.
The mortgage rates are inching up…June 22, 2009 at 2:33 PM #419062ScarlettParticipantBump!

The mortgage rates are inching up…[/quote]I wouldn’t worry about first half which was just made up by Obamanomics… and may be still more to come from Fed. However the end would be really dry if any of those economic – calculations mislead us. Let’s wait n see but no guts to buy home of 600K worth and throwing anohther additional 500 as Mellarose π in this kind of unpredictable situation.
