Alright, then they fixed it! Cool
May 27, 2021 at 1:56 PM #821858profhoffParticipantGood grief! $3m for a single story in Bay Collection. Sellers paid $1.325m 3 years ago. But hey, waterfall center islands and farmhouse sinks are all the rage now, right?
Maybe I’m a snob, but this is not a $3m house. Only 2.5 baths and backyard looks like it’s missing a pool. But what do I know? Listing says it’s the “HOTTEST property in South Carlsbad on market today!”

May 27, 2021 at 2:03 PM #821859sdrealtorParticipantYup seems a bit excessive. It looks like they opened the kitchen up a bit. I’ve been in that model many times. Always found it a little choppy and wonky

May 28, 2021 at 8:11 AM #821871flyerParticipantYoungest son loved UCSD. He felt he found exactly what he was looking for close to home. Other kids attended elsewhere–daughter, Harvard, eldest son, USC.
You younger parents out there will find, as my wife and I have found, that watching your kids reach for and achieve their dreams is more fulfilling than most anything else you will experience in life, and that all of the work you and they put in is definitely worth it.

Nice can you tell us which elite elementary and pre-schools they attended also?
