I came across a similar case which had me very puzzled. The house we used to rent in North Park (and was sold in Dec 06) is listed as for sale on Zillow. The link to the realtor’s website shows the same listing that was used in 06, with the same (but now inactive) MLS number. He has updated the listing several times in the last 6 months.
Why would a realtor do this? Is it really for sale? Do you suppose the owners are aware their house is listed for sale on Zillow.
By the way, the house sold for slightly less than 600K in 06. The asking price listed now is 615K. A few months ago, the house next door sold for 480K after being on the market for many, many months.

Well………………..After reading his answers to the questions in that article, I have to say that he is as full of turkey as a Christmas shit. These are the traits of a real con-man.

April 29, 2008 at 5:41 PM #196347sdrealtorParticipantCorrection to the article which reads:
“Lundin lives in Olive Hills Estates in San Marcos with his wife of six years, Sunny.”
It should read that he “lived” in Olive Hills Estates until he lost his home to foreclosure this year.
