I wonder if there mello roos for this home?

Nice newer home, but they have only come down ~10% from their high first asking price to their new low. Give it another year and they will have to come down alot more than that. They will get down into the mid 400’s when this is all said and done. That is still a 100G appreciation over the purchase price.
