ParticipantI agree with the rent analysis so far. The lower end would definitely be around 1800/month for a 3 bed/2bath 1100-1300 sq-ft house. Most of them are pretty dated inside as well. So, with 150x multiple, you’re looking around 270k-285k. Lets see what prices will do this winter, but we’re about 10-15% away from that 150x mark.

GuestThe nicer 3br and 4br houses are more going for $2200 a month in rent. I have a feeling that move-in ready houses (not granite countertops, but liveable without major renovations) will be in the $350,000 range.

Ahh.. so houses could tank, and so could Aaron Rodgers.. my future is riddled with such uncertainty I can’t stand it!
