I’m not sure if this one will go quickly or not. I’m seeing more and more 3/2 or 4/2 houses around 300-320k now, so this is not the only game in town. They are usually in location I wouldn’t want to live in, like this one for example. This portion of Parkdale is very busy and I think it’s pretty dangerous trying to back out.

I keep looking at 300 and under. A month or two ago, someone talked about the first house under 300k there, now there are 6. I’m sure when the fall comes, there will be more than that. What’s it going to be like in 2 more years?
