    Apparently it was all cash on a REO.
    Nobody I know saw the inside, which could have been in very bad shape.

    Congrats jimmyle! Was it also an REO? If that’s so, it was in great shape which justifies the price. Plus it’s significanltly larger. I almost put an offer on it myself. That’s a nice area, I like it too.
