ParticipantFarbet what exactly do you want to know from the tax roll? The blogspot article speaks for itself. FBs bought at the peak and now they are losing their homes.

ParticipantIf I were the guy running that blog I think I would worry about something worse than getting sued happening. Making fun of people who make foolish mistakes, like many on this blog do is one thing, making fun of crooks is another.

Participantno one is saying there are wrong doings or that anyone are crooks.
just interesting that the developer can sell a home without flooring for $250k over his model home when the market is heading south.

ParticipantIt’s funny Rus cuz I think you were the first people to question/warn about me posting stuff that is on the tax rolls way back when. Now all this lawsuit stuff is getting me more spooked and I am rethinking your advice. I will most likely continue to post about stuff like that but will not speculate on anything with an opinion. Just post the fact of what is recorded and leave it at that. Looks like you were on the money.
The Sparren listing in the other thread was a good example, I knew about the status but didn’t want to say anything until someone else already did as that is a material fact of the situation.

ParticipantSDR,
Yeah it seemed to me that you backed off a while back. I never thought you meant to hassle anyone. The info seems pertinent but it is too sensitive to treat lightly.IMO.Ocrenter,
Don’t kid yourself, you are exposing fraudsters, if not you are going to “accidentally”. Hate to see you have a problem. -
