If you think you found good deals now then it is pretty much written in stone that you will find absolutely great deals in the future. If you are in a crummy 1 bedroom apt then splurge a little and find a nicer rental for another year or two or three…Enjoy your life a little more. Then sit tight and you will most likely find a smoking deal if you are looking in the Chula Vista area.

I’m sure foreclosures exceed sales over there already, and there are no buyers even for the cheapest foreclosures. Prices already down 20% and- sadly for most- things are just getting started.
