    “Love” may be a strong word. It’s generally shorthand for “find very appealing without too much need for modification and fitting most if not all of my needs”. It’s a lot closer to saying “I love your outfit” or “I love chocolate” than telling your partner or child “I love you”.

    new research showed that people are patting and naming their iphones, so it seems reasonable to have some affection for a house.

    Good question.
    When I got onto this blog 3 (?) years ago I would sworn that I would be a buyer at these prices. However, I do think that this shawdow inventory will come into play and that the banks will fall victim to the law of economics. I think that we have another 30% left do go down in San Diego in the next 3 years.

However, I do think that this shawdow inventory will come into play and that the banks will fall victim to the law of economics. I think that we have another 30% left do go down in San Diego in the next 3 years.

    Years ago, some friends of mine bought twin Geo Metro’s. She named hers “Zippy”. His had a name too. LOL.
