fyi, Bristol Myers (BMY) (my long time hold with a 4% dividend) teamed up with AZN and purchased Amylin (diabetes) over the weekend for 5.3 billion—cash. BMY stock price was up today after that layout. I think after the big pharmas/biotechs start buying out all the smaller hopefuls, the next step will be mergers with the big boys. Thanks for the tip! Had lunch at La Fonda on Friday and it beat the fast food hell I would have probably suffered through. There was actually a 20 minute wait for a table.
