I read this today and it seems that some folks in the “industry” have woken up to the fact that the reason homes are not moving has less to do with credit access, and more to do with the damn price of the house.

I can’t wait to buy my 1st house. I have never owned and thought that I was one of the guys who had been priced out forever. I saved my money and now will purchase once things level off. the thing is with all that savings I could affored a house now, but I work to hard for my money and am not just going to throw it away.
