ParticipantI’ve been there a couple of times, patb, in 2004 and 2010. There were definitely more mid and high rise condo bldgs there in 2010. Perhaps Arlington is now overbuilt for a population who could shrink in the coming months/years due to Federal government layoffs and retirements (w/o filling the position).
The population DID grow in that ten-year period but the number of housing stock (condos) grew more. That’s what’s going on there, IMO.
