ParticipantI will try to look friendly and be open to questions. π
I just want whoever buys it to like noise so they can enjoy their new home. Unless it’s an investor, in which case they may have a high turnover rate with renters, but that’s okay.

Isn’t there some kind of city ordinance which defines the allowable number of adults living in a certain space?
I though there was a hard and fast rule about this.
