ParticipantIt is listed as a short sale right now. No NOT yet but the NOD has been recorded.
Interpretation of the tax roll is tough on this one but they have anywhere from 1M to 1.4M in debt. They have a big whopper 1M mortgage and a few little 100k+ recordings.

I was looking at the photo on SD lookup and the power lines is besides the house.!!
I don’t know whether to feel sorry for the sellers.

sold 7/07 for 624Kyou could buy it today for 475K
the buyer in 2/06 didn’t even stay long enough for the loan to re-set so how could this be one of those buyers that didn’t know his loan payments were going go up when the loan re-set, this buyer must have cashed out at escrow.

ParticipantStill way overpriced at 475K. With all that is happening, the bank should celebrate when they get a solid 300K offer that won’t fall out of escrow.

Are you guy’s sure about this? this is going to get very, very ugly!
