Here’s the link for prior sales. Go to town.
July 9, 2006 at 5:51 PM #27975novice1027ParticipantThanks for the link, but I get the same bunch of nothing as I do when I checked on property taxes. I can’t figure out why I can’t get any info. There are 3 different houses on the same street. Does it have to do with it being a new developement? That doesn’t make any sense to me, but that isn’t necessarily a suprise, lol
July 9, 2006 at 6:31 PM #27976North County JimParticipantWere you able to get the sales information? That’s definitely there.
For the property tax data, I tried both address and parcel number with no luck. My guess would be they’re not in the system yet.
BTW, did you notice the information on 1**1 Championship? Closed for $996k in January. Current asking price of $900k.
July 9, 2006 at 8:05 PM #27985novice1027ParticipantOUCH!
That’s gotta hurt, especially since it has been sitting empty this entire time.
Thanks for your help, I’m a goof ball, I wasn’t using capital letters for the address.July 9, 2006 at 10:01 PM #27990powaysellerParticipantI put in my address, and got “No results returned”. I tried CAPS, with and without street number. zillow.com has sales history. If all else fails, ask a realtor.
July 9, 2006 at 10:06 PM #27991novice1027ParticipantYeah, I couldn’t get mine to come either, but I figured maybe that was because I have lived here for 15 yrs. One of those people that wouldn’t sell my house with a gun to my head!
The one I have been tracking doesn’t come up in Zillow, I thought maybe because it is such a new developement.July 9, 2006 at 10:07 PM #27992powaysellerParticipantMIne was sold less than 2 years ago. It should show up.
July 9, 2006 at 10:08 PM #27993North County JimParticipantPS,
The county web page only provides sales within the previous two years.
July 9, 2006 at 10:12 PM #27995novice1027ParticipantWell that makes sense.
Thanks for your help, otherwise I’d still be here trying to type it every which way.July 9, 2006 at 10:16 PM #27997powaysellerParticipantI’m less than 2 years… Didn’t I say that?
July 9, 2006 at 10:35 PM #28001North County JimParticipantPS,
Try this.
July 10, 2006 at 7:52 AM #28006powaysellerParticipantThanks. You need to enter the street abbreviation as the County has it.
LANE must be entered LN. The abbreviations are listed in a drop-down menu on the tax assessor link I gave last week. There you only get to see the taxes due and paid for the street.
